Partner James Andrews is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, and both he and partner Paul Key are (FRICS) fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We provide valuations and consulting services in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP in the USA and Canada); the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards Manual (“The Red Book”); and the standards of the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC).

Our practice covers a wide geographic area across the Caribbean region, having undertaken valuations in many island jurisdictions including The Cayman Islands, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  We cover many property types, though we have a specialty in resort properties which include hotels, golf courses, marinas and resort residential properties.

Our staff includes a team of qualified appraisers/valuers as well as Chartered Quantity Surveyors.  As such our services include appraisal/valuation, quantity surveying/construction consulting, project management, development consulting, feasibility analysis and insurance claim consulting.
