Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources – Caribbean. Mr. Andrews has been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 1987.
Mr. Andrews has appraised a variety of property types including, but not limited to: hotels, resort properties, marinas, golf courses, retail properties, office buildings, multi family properties, industrial buildings, mixed use developments and vacant land. His current specialty is hospitality and resort properties in the Caribbean.
He began his appraisal career in 1987 with a commercial appraisal firm in Nashville Tennessee. In 1991, he relocated to his home town of Charlotte, North Carolina as an appraiser with Shiplett Wilkins & Associates, Inc., with a specialization in valuation and feasibility studies of shopping centers and office buildings in the southern states. In 1997, he moved to the Cayman Islands where he began a valuation and consulting practice first with the firm with Cardiff & Co. Ltd. Soon thereafter, he expanded is practice to include resort and destination club properties throughout the Caribbean (including the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and others). He co founded Andrews Key Ltd. in March, 2007 which became the IRR Caribbean office in 2012. Mr. Andrews also worked with the IRR Charlotte office on both USA and Caribbean projects in 2010 and 2011.

Director of Integra Realty Resources – Caribbean. Mr. Key has been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 1972 initially in the UK and since 1986 in the Cayman Islands.
Mr. Key has appraised for different purposes a variety of property types including but not limited to: chemical works; cement works; beet sugar factory; docks, wharves & warehousing; pubs; petrol filling stations; special use medical facilities; residential properties; retail properties; office buildings; multi family properties; industrial buildings; mixed use developments; arable farms; land for wayleaves; land & buildings for eminent domain; residential and small commercial buildings under construction; Cost Assessments for insuring purposes; claims consultant; Loss Adjusting.
Mr. Key began his professional career in 1972 with the Government’s District Valuers Service attaining the level of Deputy District Valuer. During this time he covered several counties North and South of London appraising for government Departments, Local Authorities and the Inland Revenue for sale, purchase or tax assessment purposes. In 1986, he moved to the Cayman Islands to the post of Director of Lands & Survey, Registrar of Lands, before being employed in the Private Sector as an appraiser and property consultant, firstly by JEC Property Consultants (8 years), Cardiff & Co. (11 years) before co founding Andrews Key Ltd. in 2007 which became the IRR Caribbean office in 2012.

Paul K. Lowe, BRI
Paul is a licensed Broker and Appraiser with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA), having been awarded the BRI designation through a joint course of study with BREA and the National Association of Realtors, in the United States of America.
He has served on BREA’s Appraisal Membership and Standards Committee, has provided expert testimony in Federal Bankruptcy Court in the State of Florida and in New York State District Court. He has also served as a Court Appointed Appraiser, prepared appraisals for, and provided consultation on numerous matters before the Bahamas Supreme Court.
Having practiced real estate in The Bahamas since 2000, he served as Senior Appraiser with a major Bahamian real estate firm before becoming an Independent Appraiser in 2005. He is conversant with International Valuations Standards as promulgated by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC)and continues to upgrade his professional qualifications through on-going study with The Appraisal Institute; where he is an Associate Member (South Florida Chapter).
The Appraisal Institute is a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers whose mission is to support and advance its members as the choice for real estate solutions, and uphold professional credentials, standards of professional practice and ethics consistent with the public good. Members of the Appraisal Institute benefit from an array of professional education and advocacy programs.

Mr. Canham is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and his specialty is construction consulting. Mr. Canham has been involved with a variety of property types including, but not limited to: hotels, resort properties, retail properties, office buildings, single and multi family properties, industrial buildings, mixed use developments and vacant land. His current specialty is residential property in the Caribbean. Mr. Canham is also a chartered Quantity Surveyor (QS) and has been practising professionally since 1987.
He began his career in 1984 with a private practise firm of quantity surveyors in central London, UK. In 1987, he gained his professional status and moved to work with the British Airports Authority at London Heathrow to obtain experience in the public sector. He went back to the private sector in 1990, joining VJ Mendoza & Partners again in central London as a senior QS, working on large fast track commercial projects.
In 1999, he moved to the Cayman Islands where he worked for over 10 years with BCQS International evaluation, quantity surveying and project management practice. Thereafter, he joined Andrews Key Ltd. in February, 2010 and has focused on real estate valuation for the last two years. Andrews Key Ltd became the IRR – Caribbean office in 2012.
